Scallop
Season:
May 1 to October 31, 2011 CLOSED
Limit: 100 per day per individual
Method: diving only
In the Tidal water of that protion of New Brunswick that borders on the Bay of Fundy only
Season:
Apr. 13, 2011 to Mar 31, 2012
Limit: 100 per day per individual
Method: diving only
All scallop must measure minimum shell height of 75mm.
Exception: A New Brunswick two mile cnservation zone from the Canada/US boarder to Cape Spencer is closed from April 1 to 06:00 hours the second Tuesday of January
River System:
May 1 to Oct. 15, 2011 CLOSED
Exception: Boundary waters of the Southwest and Upper Saint John Fishery areas:
April 15 to Sept. 30, 2011 CLOSED
Limit: 2 per day per individual
Size: Minimum 30cm - Maximum 70cm in length
Method: Angling gear only
Smelt
Apr. 15 to May 31, 2011 CLOSED
Limit: 100 per day per individual
Striped Bass
Note: the inland and tidal waters of he Province of New Brunswick that flow into the Gulf of St. Lawrence and theNorthumberland Strait are closed to striped bass fishing.
All fishing must cease when water reaches a temperature of 22° Celsius

Size: Minimum of 68cm or greater in length
