What Can I Do?

Special thanks to our local members who participated in the S.A.R.A Challenge. For those who need an explanation on what this entails, it is but one way that we have chosen to educate our youth in what conservation is.

Additional Things My Zone Can Do:

Our members can do much to protect wild life and wildlife habitat that are at risk.

• Hikers can take care not to disturb nesting birds.
• Homeowners can avoid toxic cleanser and pesticides
• Gardeners can find alternative to invasive species (weeds)
• Farmers and Foresters can minimize pesticide use, runoff, and erosion and can preserve landscape features that shelter wildlife.
